Okay so it’s fair to say that we have been cruelly deprived of a proper summer so far this year. Like, really deprived. All this bad weather can sometimes make us forget that it’s the time to get bright and funky with our clothes! So in this blog we want to banish the bad weather blues and bring tropical prints to the forefront of your fashion-conscious mind. Tropical prints breezed onto catwalks this season and as usual, it didn’t take long for fashionistas all over to snap up the trend, from head to toe printed bodycons and two piece ensembles to pops of print for a quirky and fun edge. The tropical chic look is very versatile and can easily be dressed up or down.
For sunny days (they do happen occasionally!) team a girly printed dress with these cute white chunky high heeled sandals for a feminine, flirty look. Shorts work well for a more casual look and buddy up nicely with some mid-heeled chunky sandals and a fitted crop tee.
If the sun hasn’t got his hat on, printed trousers paired with a plainer tee and some understated ballerinas are a great way to stay on trend and keep the chill away.
